PILOT PROGRAM

Validate It on Your Floor First

We validate together, on your actual site, whether Bionic Suit fits your work environment — from task analysis and fitting training to data measurement and a final report.

Why Pilot

Why a Pilot Matters

01

Every task loads a different part of the body

Even within one distribution center, loading, picking, and sorting each strain different areas. Which region to assist for real effect can only be confirmed on site.

02

Wearability decides whether adoption succeeds

No matter how capable the equipment, workers will not use it if it feels uncomfortable. That only becomes clear when it is worn with actual clothing along actual work paths.

03

You need evidence to justify adoption

Spending a safety budget requires quantitative grounds. A pilot produces data you can use in internal reporting.

Process

The Four-Step Pilot Process

From the initial consultation to the final report, each step has a clearly defined deliverable.

  1. STEP 01

    Initial consultation and task analysis

We identify your task types, team size, and musculoskeletal pain points. Sending photos or video of the worksite speeds up the preliminary review.

    DeliverableInitial feasibility assessment
  2. STEP 02

    Suitability assessment and proposal

Based on the analysis, we propose the region to assist (waist / upper / lower / integrated) along with the pilot scope and schedule.

    DeliverablePilot proposal
  3. STEP 03

    On-site pilot

We bring the equipment to your site and run fitting training for wearers. We measure data during actual work and collect wearer feedback.

    DeliverableFitting training session, measurement data
  4. STEP 04

    Result report and adoption discussion

We provide a report summarizing the measurement results and observed improvements, ready for internal reporting and adoption review.

    DeliverablePilot result report

Pilot duration and terms vary by work environment and scale, and are provided individually upon inquiry.
